The mini-arc continues. In another time, another place, (and perhaps with altogether different characters), this situation might well be some kind of fantasy fulfillment; night falls, and the object of a young man's infatuation sweeps into his private quarters to talk terms of romance. But this is Andy, whose sense of propriety is being rudely shaken up, and Gogo, whose self-awareness only goes in fits and starts. Such as it is, I find the situation rather excruciating
This isn't an especially flowery or vivid comic, I realize. Kind of spare and light on the humor, I guess. Still, as immature and clueless as Gogo often is as a character, I found it kind of interesting that she's taken a bit of initiative in trying to get ahead of a situation which could quickly get rather complicated, or to at least attempt to define some terms (even while throwing in a few jabs here and there at the poor kid). All the same, when it comes to desire, nothing really presents a clean, easy solution.
