They say wisdom comes with age. That's debatable, since there's no shortage of stupid old people wandering around the globe. It's probably one of them that came up with the idea that you should respect people just because they haven't died yet. Well...maybe you should, especially if they're older than you, which means they're demonstrably better at not dying than you are. In any case, in my time on this planet, I've learned not to touch live wires, play "chicken" with freight trains, or run naked through rush hour traffic, so the years have blessed me with SOME knowledge (better to run through rush hour traffic fully clothed; better STILL to wear a helmet and a thick layer of protective padding; possibly best not to do it at all).
Anyhow, this day has given me two things in very high supply: lots and lots of birthday wishes, which are great and wonderful and evidence that I exist (which is always nice to have, some days), and also so much beer that storing it is becoming an issue. Beer makes a fine and generally inexpensive gift, and family and friends know I'm a sucker for the seasonal stuff, so I've been gifted bottles and bottles of liquid gold that cannot safely be consumed in short order. Would that you well-wishers were here to share it with me, but failing that, I'm sure some folks nearer by will have a use for it when I find them After all, it's no good hoarding ALL of it. These things are best shared.
What i CAN share is what I've already done so far and will continue to give. Another year means a lot more opportunities, and I don't think I've peaked just yet. So look for lots more work in the coming year (and years, God willing) and thanks ever so much for all the wishes, praises, criticisms, and encouragement throughout the years. I raise a glass in your honor (but it's more likely I should raise a stylus). Cheers!
...and HAMS.

p.s. The stars aligned to give me one last "Breaking Bad" hours before my birthday. I'll miss that show something fierce, but what a way to go. Lots to learn about characters and visual storytelling throughout the whole series, and with the closure of a well-made and assured ending, it's now fully complete. Everything has its flaws, but I can't really recall any at the moment. Let's all reflect on the fact that even though there's a lot of pure crap on TV, there's some genuine gold there too.
Okay, i'm done now. Peace!

Update Under the Snow
I’ve posted some updates on my Patreon page, but I seem to have neglected doing so elsewhere. I blame winter and cabin fever.
Speaking of winter, I seem to have frozen as far as updating the comic. Sorry about that. Between doing commission work to stay afloat and sitting snowbound in the cold darkness of January, time got away from me and I didn’t fully grasp just how long it’s been since the last page. I don’t quite know why that’s resulted in such a long hiatus, but there you go.
I’m working on the comic, and new pages will be up soon as we continue the story. Hang in there!

Commissions CLOSED
UPDATE:
Holy cats...I wasn’t sure what kind of response I’d get, but I definitely got one o.O
Thanks so much for the inquiries! I need to close commissions while I sort through the messages I’ve gotten before things get too kooky :D
I’ll update again soon. Thanks a million!

Hi there, art-watchers!
After several years of slinging packages, I recently parted ways with my job as a warehouse grunt. It wasn’t a terrible job, and I sure will miss the paycheck, but I’d had several minor injuries in the past year and a half from working there, and after awhile I got

'Tis the spooky season again! Here's a little treat I fondly remember from Halloweens past :D
Halcyon and On/Ignition preview
A hearty bowl of delicious and nutritious thanks to Jordan Haro and Sandra Espinoza once again for the latest installment in the adaptation of the penultimate “dA canon” storyline of Bomango, “Halcyon”! Extra thanks to Jordan, because I know he keeps pushing himself to learn and do more with each installment, and this one’s no exception :) (And happy belated birthday, Jordan!)
Despite the “old canon” nature of this particular story arc, “Halcyon” is an example of how there’s not quite a clean cut between the current comic and the older stuff. When I was working on it, I was already
