This here is parts 1 and 2 of a short story I had intended to finish for Mother's Day. There's quite a bit more to it already finished and ready to go, but in the spirit of the holiday, I'll stick ya with this teaser and assault ya with the rest of it in a mass upload later rather than peel it off piece by piece
Anyhow, this is a sweeping, heartfelt saga about maternal love, sibling rivalry, prejudice, and hams. A TRIUMPH....of the human--and sort-of-human--spirit. Totally. It's so great.
On a side note, you may well be saying "Great, another story arc. You still have TWO other arcs you left dangling, dudebro. Get on that." To which I reply "I didn't forget. I'm just in love with throwing too many irons into the fire, silly!" At any rate, just enjoy this for now, and I'll be striving to tie up loose ends as fast as I can
and again....Happy Mother's Day
