my take on a character by , a talented artist whose original character sketch can be seen here [link]

a little texture-happy with this one, but mehhhhh....it works alright. Not sure if I feel it's finished or not.

the glyph-halo above the head is inspired by the works from Wayne Barlowe's Inferno series, and my style doesn't come close to being as wild as his.

i may re-work this, but for now i'm pretty pleased with the look. ^^;

Wow! This is gorgeous! Ireally like all the details, like how her wings hold up the cloth, and how you did her eyes~! The shading is wonderful.

Nice perspective. The colours are perfect, and I think the textures in the background are amazing. Wouldn't change a thing there.
I do think the shading on the girl is a little rough though.....(at least compared to the BG) but you could easily say it fits the style of this piece. Great job, both! =D

Very cool. I love the little details like the hair resting up on the wing and the glossy fabric. Are all the tiny stones on the alter/sarcophagus hand drawn? I am not questioning your 1337 skillz, its just if they are that is rediculous, my hand hurts just looking at it.You are the texture M4st3r! X]

ha! i'd love to say they was hand-drawn, but those are actually real church tiles. I just messed around with the colors, contrasts, and perspective since i couldn't come up with anything of my own that i liked.

the rest of the surfaces are varying types of concrete. it doesn't match the character much in terms of style, but it looks neat :XD: kinda....

glad you like it! or love it, that is also good. :) i sort of invented the colors, so not sure what they might originally have been in your mind. and added wings... >.> but yes! thank you for lettin me use your character! it was fun to make!
